New defensive concerns for Saturday

Recommended Posts

Main preview will be published tomorrow morning but, in the meantime, it's was disappointing to see Clint Hill training on his own today ahead of the Hamilton game.

With Wilson and McCrorie both suspended that does leave us short in central defence. If Hill doesn't make it (and it is only an if at this stage) then can only assume Wallace will move to centre half with Hodson at left back.

You are worrying unnecessarily Frankie. As long as we execute our plan A properly, we won't need a defence.

I suspect we may lose a goal, but I think we will be so up for this game and willing to impress a packed house that this could be the ideal setting for a hat (magic one of course) full of goals for us.

Nah, we'll play three at the back and Rossiter and Barton defensive midfield!

Doubt it but stranger things have happened.

That would leave us very, very narrow.

Will anyone notice if we dont have any defenders on the park?

It looked like this tactic was being employed on many occasions last season!

I hope we are as successful as last season:)
