Approaching the semi-final I feared that we were running on empty with few options and may pay for it but we managed to turn-up and perform brilliantly. It should have provided the impetus to go on a lift the cup, thus securing European football next season. Hibs stepped up, created several chances and took two. Well done Hibs. In that same period, we created very little. How many goals have we conceded to Hibs this season, directly from corners/set pieces? I listened to Fraser Fyfie being interviewed post match. Prior to yesterday it was one goal conceded from a set-piece in 450 minutes (corner in Hibs 2-1 Rangers game). Last 10 minutes yesterday saw 2 and if there had been another well delivered corner it would have probably been 3 because we'd switched off. TBB was sung approx. 10mins after the final whistle, the Hibs fans were already on the pitch, thousands of them, they had already attacked the players and were at this point at the other end of the park confronting the Rangers end. I know as at this point I had managed to pull me niece up the stairs through a pile of bears and was at the top watching. 10minutes after the whistle!! This is a stich up of the highest order. I am not condoning anyone, however the Hibs fans certainly did not come on to the pitch due to this.
