GRAEME SOUNESS has paid tribute to Rangers for their display in last week's Old Firm semi-final - and says no Gers side dominated Celtic that way when he was in charge.

Souness also admitted he's not BRAVE enough to take charge of Rangers today.

The former Ibrox boss said: "I thought Rangers were fabulous against Celtic last week.

"When I think back to when I was involved in Old Firm games at the club I can't remember any game between the clubs when one team was as dominant as that."

But he added: "If the opportunity to take the Rangers job came up today it would frighten me. I'm not brave enough to take it now.

"But when I was 33 I was fearless."
