Did you see the Arsenal celebration when they scored in the last minute? You would have thought they had won the league. Main differences is that Neymar didn't have many options and crucially, he succeeded with it, and it also seemed a spur of the moment decision to get out of a tight spot. With Oduwa, he had plenty of options and space, and despite looking like he completely premeditated it, lost the ball against a Scottish second tier player, at a time when keeping possession was easy. I also don't think it looks like Neymar did this to entertain or to showboat, it seemed purely to beat his man with others closing in and advance the play.
