20s Back In Action Today

Recommended Posts

RANGERS’ under-20s face their second game this week this afternoon as they travel to the Excelsior Stadium to take on Motherwell.

The Light Blues are desperate to return to winning ways following a 3-0 loss to Celtic last week and a 2-1 reverse to Falkirk on Monday, although the latter of those two reverses was extremely unlucky given the Gers turned in an extremely positive performance.

The Steelmen come into this afternoon’s game in good form having beaten Hearts 1-0 on Tuesday, and Stephen Craigan’s side currently sit ninth in the Development League table with 24 points from their 20 games played so far.

When the two sides met earlier in the season, they played out a 2-2 draw thanks to Rangers goals from David Brownlie and Jordan Thompson.

Kick-off at the Excelsior is at 1pm, with full coverage on @RFC_Youth and highlights on RangersTV later today.
