The judge has obviously formed the same opinion. It's an unreasonable confidentiality agreement, being totally one sided. As Judge Smith says something about confidentiality agreement's are usually reciprocal however in this case SD hasn't agreed to anything ? Maybe he's holding a meeting with another "informed source" inside his head and will come up with General Ashleys latest tank movements tomorrow ? Meanwhile in Narnia, the TSFM have somehow come up with the theory that as todays case was brought up to defend and protect Rangers Retails interests, Ashley will send the 70,000 bill from today to Rangers.
