Seems to be very tricky to get the SPFL to investigate fan behaviour of teams with representatives on the SPFL board. Coincidence I'm sure.

This proves clearly that Mr Graham has no idea what he is talking about.

The investigation in that case would be against Stranraer and it would have to be the SFA not the SPFL; as far as I recall the SFA rules mirror the SPFL rules in that respect or to be more precise it's vice versa.

True enough BH. My bad for not making the distinction between a cup game and league game.

It shows how stupid the rules are when the home club are punished for the actions of the away club. I understand why it works that way but it literally makes no sense - it gives away fans carte blanche to act as they please with immunity (from the footballing authorities) as the home team have to provide the appropriate safety and security.

We had an instance here in Bermuda - the Club I am Treasurer of were playing a Cup game at home.... the opponent scored late in the game to take the lead and one of their fans literally launched a flag onto the field which could have struck or pierced a player.... nobody had any time to react, let alone security were doing its job. Before you say that flags with poles shouldn't be allowed into games.... remember this is Bermuda where they haven't caught up with the 1st world yet :D

He isn't the only one then, as I made the same erroneous assumption as Chris did. Chris is a bright enough fellow and surely doesn't deserve the "clueless" moniker you have given him BH.

Does Chris Graham not know why teams don't get investigated if they're represented on the SPFL board?

Maybe just as well he's no longer on the Rangers board

Only BH would call other Rangers fans clueless though!

Rangers and Hearts do not have anyone on SPFL board.

The SPFL’s 42 member clubs today elected the six representatives who will serve alongside Neil Doncaster and Ralph Topping as directors on the SPFL Board for season 2015/16.

The SPFL Board is made up of Chief Executive Neil Doncaster, Chairman Ralph Topping, three Ladbrokes Premiership club representatives, two Ladbrokes Championship club representatives and one representative covering both Ladbrokes League 1 and Ladbrokes League 2.

The three club representatives from the Ladbrokes Premiership elected to serve on the SPFL Board for season 2015/16 are Duncan Fraser (Aberdeen), Eric Riley (Celtic) and Stephen Thompson (Dundee United).

The two club representatives from the Ladbrokes Championship elected to serve on the SPFL Board for season 2015/16 are Eric Drysdale (Raith Rovers) and Mike Mulraney (Alloa Athletic).

The one club representative from Ladbrokes League 1 and Ladbrokes League 2 elected to serve on the SPFL Board for season 2015/16 is Ken Ferguson (Brechin City).

Until we get SPFL representation we will continue to get singled out whilst the yahoos escape scot free.

To get representation we will need to build bridges with other clubs. Let"s start with Ann Budge at hertz. She sounds as if she's no time for Liewell & his puppets too. We vote for her & she votes for us. Then get the likes of Killie,Dundee & Motherwell on side too. Then we can get rid off Fraser, Riley & Thompson who'll probably be going anyway when his club gets relegated.

After that we can turn on Rhegan's SFA
