The court was told that it was "quite clear from documents" that it was obvious there was no intention that anything like 50,000 people would be able to use the system simultaneously. I think it worked twice for me in the whole time is was supposedly on. And that was around 20mins before kick off. It never worked for me at half-time. Clearly one fan's experience will be different from others. He is the lawyer who successfully represented Whittaker and Naismith against Charles Green's charges of breach of contract and obtained their International Clearance Certificates from the SFA. Good lawyer or not, the company clearly embellished the truth in their press releases. Law is pretty clear on that issue Agreed, I could have won that case; the TUPE Regs are clear, the employees had the right to proper notice which they didn't get and the right to reject the new contract which they did. BH I bought a car which the salesman assured me was the most reliable car on the road. A fortnight later it broke down.
