Going concern notes...

The forecast identifies that the group will require up to £2.5m by way of debt or equity funding by the end of season

2015/2016 in order to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Further funding will be required during the 2016/17 season, the

quantum of which is dependent on future football performance and promotion to the SPFL Premiership. The forecast

indicates that an initial tranche of funds will be required in December 2015.

So pretty much what we already knew. The board have already noted this previously and confirmed the availability of funds I believe? There's also some talk of a future conversion to equity rather than paying these back. All seems healthy I think!

The Club’s ability to grow its Commercial income was negatively impacted by the staff cutbacks made during season

2014/15 by the previous Board. A significant number of revenue generating staff left and were not replaced, resulting

in reduced income and poorer levels of customer service, leaving many corporate customers unhappy. Steps have

been taken by the new Board to redress this position through staff recruitment and improved service levels and it is

pleasing to see hospitality numbers increasing through the course of this season. The staff cutbacks also impacted

on advertising and sponsorship income through 2014/15

Glad to see this bit in there. Too many cutbacks in the wrong places last year, it's a folly to remove key staff from media/marketing/corporate relations. Happy that we are rectifying this situation.
