Seems we have introduced this particular argument, it is the first of the quoted ones (haven't got any earlier tweets though)

The Court is told Green seeking funding for senior counsel, junior counsel, solicitors and any experts senior counsel wishes to call.

Green's counsel is arguing that would impact how many legal beagles he would hire for the trial. If on his own dime it would be fewer.
