gisabeer 409 Posted September 15, 2015 Share Posted September 15, 2015 It isnt just the team hes rebuilding its the football structure at the club from grass roots level. Everyone from the tea lady upwards have bought into his ethos and the the effect hes having on us is tremendous. The foundations hes laying will be with the club for years to come and his standards will be the bench mark for every player and manager who follows behind him. I honestly believe he is the best manager in the country. And to think we got him for nothing! More to the point, how the hell did the EPL clubs overlook him? One things for sure, when he is ready to leave Ibrox there will be a queue at the bottom of the marble staircase clamouring for his signature.
