It's Tom Walsh and the lad behind him in the photo (to the left of Gallagher as he runs) is Ryan Sinnamon.

Is there new medical and fitness staff been added to the backroom staff
no sign of Jim Henry so it would look like it from a fitness point of view. Disappointed to see Duries dreary chops still hanging around. Hope he doesnt sit it the dugout again this year. He made me feel depressed. Edited by Anchorman

The guy at the back blowing out his cheeks looks ckufed. The guy next to him looks like he has the head and neck of a tortoise.:D

This is what I meant the other day that Rangers website should be more up to date. I would rather watch things like this than a player being asked the same questions over and over. A definite positive in my eyes.

Was that some sort of endurance test in the video? Last one standing type thing? I would've liked to have seen who won.

Aye, it's a bleep test. There is a set time between each bleep and you have to have made it to the cones before the bleep. Am sure I read somewhere that Samy Hyppia, when at Liverpool, lasted a half marathon on this test.

The video proves what we already knew, that Robbie Crawford is the fittest player at the Club

Yep, apparently he regularly wins these type of tests and exercises.
