Aye,but were you guys always going to renew when we got rid of the parasites?,becuase of the W&W appointment coupled with the new signings I was wondering if that has influenced anyone to renew/buy a ST?

As soon as the old board were gone we bought the quarter season tickets with the intention of getting in early with the chance of good seats. We could only make one game due to holidays but we have cracking seats in the main stand, so for us it was worth it.

Renewed. Not without some difficulty caused by admin errors. It took the best part of the morning to sort out other half's. Took over 3 hours to get through to the ticket office but it is all sorted now.

I will be renewing my online ST. I didn't get one last year, partly due to the shite on the pitch but also a major element being the corruption going on in the Boardroom (worse than FIFA :D)

Even if the standard of play is terrible next year I will be getting my online ST - reason being that it is the least I can do to assist the Club to get back to where it should be.

For the 1st time in 10 years I will NOT be buying the official kit for my son (who is 10 funnily enough....) until and unless the deal with SD is weighted more favourably to Rangers. I hate to do that too as every year I get him a top with his name and age on it, plan is/was to get each one framed and present to him on his 18th birthday....

I've got a good seat in the main stand.

Looks like I'll lose it because I'm not renewing until September when I can get a discount for being 65

liked that seat as well

They should give you the discount if you turn 65 during the course of the season. Maybe call and ask if they can give you dispensation - you are still buying an ST, so hopefully they wouldn't mind.

Either the Ticket Office is short staffed due to folk being on holiday or that 3 hour wait you had is a really good sign, a sign that they're swamped with ST purchases.

I'll be 65 in a couple of weeks, had forgotten all about the reduction in price for the old folk. How much do we get off % ? :jump::celebrate:

OAP Loyal

it was a 25% discount when paying at the gate. The guy on the turnstiles said you only had to be 60. later when I got last years ST they told me at the ticket office you had to be 65 and the turnstile guy had made a mistake

Let's hope it is the latter. Also I did mine online first and so will many others.

Stories going around the forums Bears who had season tickets in previous years but did not renew last season, are going over to the tickets office and purchasing their old seat's if the seat was not purchased by another last season. Obliviously I can't vouch for the veracity of the claims.
