Thing is would we make him the finished article, or would he need to go somewhere else for him to progress to the necessary level to make him better? Ser Barristan Selmy 222 Posted May 28, 2015 Share Posted May 28, 2015 (edited) That's not down to the player himself though, Im pretty sure the poor coaching is more responsible for that. I think it is a combination. The likes of Gavin Rae, Murray, Law, Black, Sandaza etc have joined over the years and they were all very poor. These were players who were standouts for their sides and considered among the best players in Scottish football, outwith the old firm. If you look at our signings over the last 10 years or so though, the vast majority have been poor regardless of where they are from.
