Club Statement On Play Off Tickets

Recommended Posts

Thing is,every other club jumped into bed with the BHEAST when we started our troubles and now there is nobody to stand up against the cabal, the game's a bogey.Every single club deserves the current state of Scottish football,it's what they wanted!.

The prize for clubs in the play-offs is promotion.

The prize for every other club is some extra cash - generated by the play-offs.

If we were to come up with a system for the play-offs ourselves, we would probably want it to benefit everyone and not just those clubs who weren't good enough to be promoted automatically.

Because it is us being directly affected, and this wasn't on the agenda a year ago, we are up in arms about it, but we really shouldn't be.

This is a losers' tournament to create a winner. The prize is promotion but there should not be riches to go with it.

Does anyone know what the share is in the English play-offs?

At least £100m to the victors.

Yes before costs isn't fair in any walk of life, it's the sort of thing that would happen to a criminal fighting his corner.

I have no idea what the costs are, but it must run into hundreds of thousands, the spfl are the criminals in this case.

Rules drawn up by crooks themselves...let's take them to court.

There are costs, then there are costs.Policing Ibrox could run into several hundred thousand.

Policing Hamilton or wherever, well,Six stewards, two police and a chocolate labrador with three legs, cmon its hardly comparable.

How is the gate money split by teams in the English play-offs?

Do they keep it for themselves or is it shared out between all member clubs?

How much do Hearts get for going up, and what does the 2nd club get if they go up?

If Motherwell survive the play-off, do they get a 'bonus' or a parachute payment if they don't?

Sorry,I dont think Rangers or any other teams should be seen as victims cos they are in the playoffs.

They are providing added entertainment by playing and should not be penalised for doing so.

Anybody know how much money ALL clubs participating in the play-offs are getting for their games being shown live on BT Sports or is all this money already secured by the spfl without any 'extra' going towards the teams taking part?

I believe that is the case. All the money is pooled to go to the SPFL and they make a payout to all clubs. They will take 100% of their costs of course.
