Will Ally now do the right thing?

Recommended Posts

Yes, he was a dreadful manager for us - no argument there - but how long did it take for the support to wake up to his inadequacy?

And you are right about the club currently paying the salaries of three managers at the same time, but the blame here lies with the club - not those who are honouring their contracts to it.

McCoist should put family before club - we all should - and wealthy though he may be, I doubt if he feels wealthy enough to just walk away from what could be his last big payday.

Notice should have been activated on McCoist's contract - by the club - a long time ago. It didn't do it, though, and so now we are paying the price.

When I made this suggestion on here, I don't think one person backed it.

We have made our bed and now we must lie in it. This time, McCoist is not the villain.

You can't be serious? I've been desperately wanting him gone since Malmo and Maribor and never wanted him anywhere near the job in the first place. McCoist can do as he wishes but I will forever see him as a an absolute disgrace without one shred of decency.

I never wanted him either and after he went on holiday to Portugal on the build up to our European games I strongly suspected his judgement. Malmo were well into their season and we were still in our bath slippers. After he was in I hoped he would prove me wrong but unfortunately he didn't.

You do note that CL money only trickles in over the course of the season? He'd still had run out of money, IMHO.

whyte could have borrowed £10 million on the back of CL group stages.

he'd have syphoned it off in a couple of months probably
