ElTel 0
Merge all the supporters groups into one large supporters club linked to the club. let the supporters group make strips and clothing not totally identical to the proper strips\clothing but near enough to be recognisable but not illegal. The supporters may even design clothes they want to wear. The clothing line would not be attached to the club but the club could be given a supporters gift every so often from the profits. I am no legal wonder to know all the legal frailties but I am sure such a structure would be legally possible. This is how i see it Only problem i can see is if the rat bastarts have some clause whereby Rangers are liable for any unsold stock IE 500k strips made, fans boycott and buy only 10k, club have to pay for remaining 490k
Laudbertz 0
This is how i see it Only problem i can see is if the rat bastarts have some clause whereby Rangers are liable for any unsold stock IE 500k strips made, fans boycott and buy only 10k, club have to pay for remaining 490k Such contracts will get a good going over once King is in to hopefully overturn any of these ludicrous clauses. Im sure interaction with fan groups will muster up a plan to at least try and ensure Rangers arent hit too hard. King's recent statements have certainly indicted his intention to not back down and fight our corner, something that should please every single fan, even those who dont particularly like him. Its been a long long time since we have had someone in a more authoritive in-house position to fight our corner. Juancornetto 1
I'd get BDO or KPMG in to forensically examine all these contracts and deals, play the bastards at their own game.
