JohnMc 2,562
Well now this is an unexpectedly pleasant start to a sunny Glasgow morning. The news of the recent share sale to the RST coupled with this suggests we're now in the end game. Excellent.
the gunslinger 3,366
Bus tycoon James Easdale has resigned from Rangers' board, saying he is bowing to pressure from the Scottish Championship club's supporters. Easdale's brother and business partner, Sandy, is football club chairman and controls more than 20% of club shares. But James Easdale was one of four directors facing being voted off the board at a 6 March general meeting. And he said that surviving such a vote would be "a hollow victory for me without the fans' support". http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/31618423 Interesting comment at the end, seems to imply he thinks the vote will not be won by KingCo? he's making excuses for going.

Frankie 8,270
must they be called 'rebels' ? I used that unfortunate term because many people - including the Easdale family spokesman and his useful idiots - seemed to feel it was an appropriate way to insult those supporters looking for a change at Rangers. A majority of bears it now seems. A penny for McMurdo's opinion on the term now.
Frankie 8,270
must they be called 'rebels' ? Interestingly, you felt it was OK yourself last year http://www.gersnetonline.co.uk/vb/showthread.php?63558-PUBLISHED-The-120-Day-Review-thread-all-updates-and-discussion-here&p=482485&viewfull=1#post482485 Glad you've changed your mind now.
