Steve1872 4
Keith Jackson: Chuck Charles Green into Celebrity Big Brother freakshow.. he'd be an instant hit Jan 20, 2015 22:00 [*] OPINION BY KEITHJACKSON KEITH says the most comical thing about the interview was the thought of a PR man coming over all peculiar at the sight of his client being given Green's stamp of approval. Charles Green getting "all upset"IF Channel 5 need another contestant in the Celebrity Big Brother freakshow, here’s an idea – just wheel in Rangers. Because yesterday something happened on TV which might have brought their big house down. Charles Green, in a hospital gown. On the verge of tears during abedside visit from Jim White (with camera crew). Don’t get me wrong. The idea of being unable to walk and stuck in a ward with the Sky Sports man might make any grown man break down but even so, there was something utterly ridiculous about this latest twist to the Rangers story. Yes, even by Rangers’ standards. It wasn’t even those puppy-eyed claims from Ol’ Big Hands with the “I’ve done nowt but good for that club” and “I took nowt out of it” routine. Nor was it the contradictions about how the club have gone backwards and yet the current regime are doing a grand job. It wasn’t even Green’s toe-curling self-portrayal as some sort of frail, elderly and ever-so-slightly confused victim in all of this. As if he’d just been turned over by a fake gas man. No, what was really hilarious about this latest blue-tinted farce was the thought that somewhere, in a plush office perhaps not very far away from Green’s London hospital, a PR man was coming over all peculiar at the sight of his clients being given Green’s stamp of approval live on Sky Sports News. If Mike Ashley, Sandy Easdale or any of their advisers had been the vicinity, they might have pulled the plug on Green before he could do any more damage. His recovery from knee surgery, meanwhile, might take some time. He’s told the nurse he won’t be leaving until he hears the Champions League theme tune. ...........................

aweebluesoandso 290
So many questions Jim White could've asked but didn't. I don't think needed to, it was such a train wreck. Sometimes it better to hold back and let them trip themselves up, old motor mouth loves the sound of his own voice.
Bearman 9
I just saw that on ssn and if I hadn't walked into the kitchen I'd have smashed my telly. No one on earth would believe what he said in his sick bed while recovering from a simple knee operation.
