Bluedell 5,624
How do we think Cazenove and L&G view things ?? Impossible to say, particularly as we don't know if they are holding the investments as part of their own portfolio or are holding it specifically for someone else.
MoodyBlue 0
Impossible to say, particularly as we don't know if they are holding the investments as part of their own portfolio or are holding it specifically for someone else. I'm taking it that they are holding it as part of their own portfolio. It will be within their invstments funds, such as OEIC's or Investments Trusts - i.e. mutal funds/pooled funds, in the same way as R&M Assest management and Artemis would have. Zappa 0
After all last weeks hullabaloo, I'd forgotten that Artemis still had a reasonable holding. I thought it was the Artemis & Miton shares which Dave King had purchased.
MoodyBlue 0
I thought it was the Artemis & Miton shares which Dave King had purchased. yes - he did - but looks like Artemis have kept some of their holding ?? as this is showing them having a about 5% - unless I am gtting confused.
Rangersitis 0
I thought it was the Artemis & Miton shares which Dave King had purchased. That was reported at the time, but there has been nothing from the LSE to confirm it.
MoodyBlue 0
Unless I am interpreting this totally wrong, Artemis held around 9% before selling around half of their shares to King, leaving them with about 4% now ?? Yes ??
stewarty 2,021
When I read Artemis I thought it was a mistake...
Zappa 0
Looks like STV have aspects of their shareholder chart wrong because the 02 January Artemis trade appeared on the LSE today along with some other big ones from 02 January. Here's a screenshot and I've added an arrow to point out the Artemis trade. 8,109,223 was their full shareholding of 9.95%.
MoodyBlue 0
Thanks Zappa - was getting confused by some of the various lists of % holdings that are flying about and some are suggesting Artemis still holding around 4% - but this appears to clarify it.
the gunslinger 3,366
that assumes that artemis only had their original shares?
