Zappa 0
Too high a price to be King or T3Bs But perhaps not for others of a similar disposition. If the listed trade price of 25p is correct, then someone got a decent buy considering the average asking price today was almost 30p.

Not that I know anything about it, but recent history suggests the only people who benefit from strangely beneficial share dealings are not the good guys.

Hard to say in this case Andy. It's a good point, although it has to be said that the Three Bears & Dave King got a very large chunk of the company for 20p a share a few weeks back.

der Berliner 3,744
Share Information at the club's HP has been updated Anyone knows what this extra bit may refer to? Accordingly the Company confirms that it respects the rights of all of its shareholders and will not seek to restrict or remove any shareholder rights unless there are legal grounds to do so for a proper purpose. The Company notes recent case law (Eclairs Group Limited and Others -v- JKX Oil and Gas plc and Others [2013] EWHC 2631 (Ch)) which provides that shareholder voting rights can not be removed for the purpose of barring a shareholder from voting at a general meeting or annual general meeting.

Ruff 0
Share Information at the club's HP has been updated Anyone knows what this extra bit may refer to? I didn't research the rule that was quoted but I guessed it was with regards to Blue Pitch Holdings and Margarita Holdings with fans questioning exactly who they were. I read it that they had recieved relevant information about them and no rules have been broken. As I said, total guesswork on my part and could be, most probably totally wrong.
Bluedell 5,625
Yeah, sounds like someone was trying to get BPH and Margarita's vote's invalidated. Good effort but was never going to work. Hopefully the club don't have someone else in their sights when looking at this.
