the gunslinger 3,366 Posted January 7, 2015 Share Posted January 7, 2015 (edited) are you sure.....I thought I read somewhere it was 75% if you're right we should get that EGM called asap a rights issue for existing shareholders only needs 50% to approve it. if easdale wants to maintain 26% he would need to fully subscribe to it puting cash into rangers.
