I am going to assume this is a fairly new arrangement and was not in place in the days of SPL and SFL..... I'm not certain but I think it's a post-Whyte thing. It's a breach of the SPFL Rules (and rightly so) not to pay your tax on time and clubs are hardly going to to red flag it themselves so it's a good idea to have such a system in place. 0 Quote Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
