pmu 0
It would be nice to think the board have someone in mind and have done some homework on it. It would be even better if they opened it to applicants as I think it's possible we might be surprised at the quality available and willing to back themselves to work wonders despite not having big budgets.
SteveC 150
It will be someone who owes Ashley either a favour or cash and will come to work of the debt. It would be an insane advert. Come to work for us: we have no money, no scouts, disaffected yet demanding fans and we are going to go out of business any day now so don't bring too many clothes Edited December 14, 2014 by SteveC

Anchorman 0
hopefully get john brown................ You didn't finish the sentence GS. So was it....... (1) as far away from the application list as possible? (2) to bite his tongue for a wee while (please don't come out in Mondays papers in support in full support of your pal)? (3) to persuade his mate Ally to get this agony over, and walk now!?

I agree but that is of no interest to Ashley, unless it means he gets a Rangers fan in who will do it on the cheap and put up with all the shit from his controllers without complaining even if this Rangers fan in the manager chair knows it is bad for Rangers. (And so isn't a real fan after all) Edited December 14, 2014 by SteveC

quattro 0
McCoist's contract is up for renewal on 15/06/2015, hopefully that situation is rectified on Wednesday by an announcement about a new manager, least said about Friday's game the better also the farce before and after.
Hildy 0
If he is at the bottom of your list then whoever is at the top must be something to behold. Perhaps when we end up with Kinnear, McCall or Butcher you might re-evaluate your opinion. We couldn't even begin to look at any manager who has had a modicum of success in any decent league in the last 5 years. Billy Davies, the man who signed Bob Malcolm for Derby. That, and that alone, should permanently exclude him from being considered as Rangers manager.
JohnMc 2,802
The clamour to replace McCoist with anyone is reminiscent of the Murray to Whyte to Green to Ashley scenarios. Will lessons ever be learned by the Rangers support? Word. It's genuine hysteria.
