Rangersitis 0
we better get one in soon ask auld wattie to run things to the end of the season desperate time mean desperate measures Do you honestly believe that Smith would trample over McCoist to aid those in the boardroom?
jhunter 0
Kenny Shiels isn't a bad call, at least we would be playing football. God knows what he'd be like with the board & media though. you must still be pissed from the weekend.
Ser Barristan Selmy 222
Numan would not be an expensive option. He wont be earning a lot in charge of the Dutch B team and in his scouting roles. He would love to come back to Scotland and Rangers from what I've been told by someone who knows him pretty well. More chance of getting Paul.

craig 5,199
Arthur Numan has told many people he would walk on glass to be back at the Club. After his very successful stint with the Dutch under 20, Dutch B squad and his various scouting roles etc with Aston Villa he would be well worth a role of some kind. I would have Artur back in a heartbeat. Can he bring Gio and Laudrup with him ?

craig 5,199
what experience do they have in management? or is it as players? GvB is in management now is he not ? I thought he was at Feyenoord. As has been mentioned, Numan has been working well with the Dutch B team. Laudrup - maybe I just want him to lace up the boots again.... would be better than the shite that currently start anyway. Seriously though, Laudrup would bring an immediate lift, at least to the fans, for who he is. We also have players such as Templeton, Aird, McKay - all of which could learn from him.
laudrup11 0
I didn't mean that Numan would be expensive mate I just meant that i don't see current board looking at options other than the ones being linked already that are currently unemployed

We already have an ex-player, assistant manager who didn't go out and learn his trade elsewhere. GvB is in the same boat as McCoist. Can you find anything on fixtures played by Netherlands B? Laudrup has no background in management whatsoever and I can't believe that is because the opportunity never arose. In saying all that, no appointment carries a cast-iron guarantee.
