forlanssister 3,114
Half inched from FF http://www.shareprophets.com/views/9...e-china-frauds Daniel Stewart (DAN) is still listed on AIM - though its shares are currently suspended - but it clearly does not give a monkeys about disclosure rules because it has yet to issue an RNS to the LSE saying that it has lost its license to be a Nomad. All bar one of the Qualifying Execs at Daniel Stewart has already left and the last remaining one is off to Cairn Financial shortly. Thus not having the minimum 4 QEs Daniel Stewart has today written to all its corporate clients saying they need a new Nomad by 12th December or their shares will be suspended. Daniel Stewart will struggle on as a corporate broker but as it tries to secure an emergency refinancing it faces a life without the lucrative fees it has earned for floating frauds like Naibu (NBU) and Quindell (QPP) in recent years. It looks rather bleak and one wonders if the champagne Christmas party on December 11 will now be a wake.
buster. 5,194
Why would this happen to a NOMAD, aren't they very reputable ? Let's see, Charles Green wanted to bring them in from the start (IPO/late 2012) probably gives you an indication.
forlanssister 3,114
Daniel Stewart (DAN) is still listed on AIM - though its shares are suspended - but it clearly does not give a flying fuck about disclosure rules because it has yet to issue an RNS saying that it has lost its license to be a Nomad. So I will announce it on behalf of this POS enterprise. Peter Shea you can thank me later. The ramifications for the China frauds it represents are massive. All bar one of the Qualifying Execs at Daniel Cesspit has already left and the last remaining one is off to Cairn Financial shortly. Thus not having the minimum 4 QEs Daniel Stewart has today written to all its corporate clients saying the need a new Nomad by 12 December or their shares will be suspended. It has suggested that they cam novate their agreements with Cesspit to Spark Advisory. Incidentally where’s my invitation? Companies such as Naibu, China Chaintek (CTEK) and Pressfit (PFIT) hailing from China might apply to have Spark be its Nomad but I remind the fellows round at Spark that the must complete due diligence on these frauds before taking them on. No-one would think badly of Spark if it declined to advise these horrible companies. And if it does the shares will be suspended and a month later booted off the casino. Anyone holding shares in any of the three be warned that you may not be able to get out after 12 December. So sell now! http://www.shareprophets.com/views/9240/exclusive-daniel-stewart-loses-nomad-license-death-knell-for-it-the-china-frauds
Zappa 0
Obviously the RIFC plc board wouldn't have known about this before yesterday's AIM announcements regarding the accounts & AGM. So the question now is will they manage to get a new NOMAD in time and if not, then what are the ramifications beyond suspension? Black Friday indeed!

Cairn Financial were appointed as advisers to Rangers by Craig Whyte. I imagine even the AGM could be in doubt let alone a new share issue.

colinstein 294
so if there's no share issue, does that mean another Ashley loan to keep us afloat ?
Zappa 0
so if there's no share issue, does that mean another Ashley loan to keep us afloat ? It's a total guessing game as ever. If Somers, Easdale & co appoint a new NOMAD within the next 2 weeks it's business as usual (no laughing please), but if they don't then the RIFC plc shares could be suspended and then it's anyone's guess what happens next.
