forlanssister 3,114
At a RFC plc Board meeting the matter of a repayment of funds to Ticketus came up in relation to the transfer of Jelavic. Donald Muir took a great interest in the deal and spent a lot of time to ensure he fully understood it. Subsequently Whyte's interest stepped up.

buster. 5,186
Interesting ! It's going to be about making things stick. A squealer is required. Wide experience essential with suitable evidence at hand a great advantage. Apply at a Polis station near you. You may or may not find that you are already on the shortlist. aweebluesoandso 290
When Murray bolted, it became open season on Rangers. The only thing Murray didn't do was put up a large banner on Edmiston Drive. "Wanted conmen, ****s, snake oil salesmen and lying double dealing rat bastards. Apply within"
Bluedell 5,624
Hopefully the coppers are in receipt of those minutes and are following the thread. The minutes in themselves wouldn't prove anything (and probably would not record anything damning anyway). It could only be used once a link between Muir and Whyte was clearly established. PS took me a while to understand what the OP was meaning. Had to reread it several times to get the timeline right and realise what Ticketus cash and what Jelavic transfer was being referred to

From the OP the timeline suggests Muir and possibly that board meeting was the catalyst for Whyte's way in.
PRW 0
Someone within the club HAD to have rubber stamped the sale of future ST's. I hope to fuck it comes out as a result of these arrests.

"Wanted conmen, ****s, snake oil salesmen and lying double dealing rat bastards. Apply within" It was open season on Rangers long before murray bolted indeed it was his inaction/mismanagement that led to that situation and that is BEFORE you consider what he did to the business side of things.
