Super Cooper 0
lets hope its a successful prosecution but the sentances if guilty will be a mere slap in the wrist Even still, any guilty verdict should encourage a huge investigation of the SFA and SPL and their actions and inactions.
gisabeer 409
Remember under sfa rules you can't punish a club who are victims of crime.

SteveC 150
Remember under sfa rules you can't punish a club who are victims of crime. Was that not SPL rules rather than SFA? And, handily for them. the SPL no longer exists. Also wasn't it the SPL that punished us - or certainly were the main punishers?
the gunslinger 3,366
It's not an sfa rule it is a criminal offence to punish anyone for being the victim of a crime. The police will have to be called to investigate the sfa.

"It is alleged that two 50-year-olds and two men aged 53 and 49 were involved in a fraudulent scheme to acquire the club." Would seem to darken the clouds above Clark and Whitehouse, if accurate and proven.
