buster. 5,450
According to Companies House, Sandy Easdale and David Somers were today appointed as directors at Rangers Retail Ltd for TRFC. http://wck2.companieshouse.gov.uk//wcprodorder?ft=1 They replaced Wallace and Nash. I'm sure they'll keep everything sweet for the interests of Mike Ashely.

buster. 5,450
I feel so much better about things now. "Under the terms of the 2M Credit Facility MASH has the right to appoint up to 2 directors on the board of directors of TRFC."* This may or may not tie up with who eventually represents TRFC on the Rangers Retail board. Note. That the joint venture is between TRFC and Sports Direct International. and that within some documentation TRFC is referred to as RFCL (as if it wasn't confusing enough). * as well as 2 on the RIFC board. http://rangers.g3dhosting.com/regulatory_news_article/407
