Frankie 8,562
I'd much rather any investment was put into the club rather than wasted on buying players via a flawed footballing operation.

SteveC 150
What is it with the £10m warchest? It always seems to be that number that gets quoted Nice round number. All that journalists in the UK can cope with. The "0"s are easier to to do with their crayons. Every transfer over £7 million automatically become £10 million within a day as £7,350,000 is just too hard for them to cope with.

Yes, the stadium was in a sorry state the last time I was there and that was not this season.....
Ruff 0
EXCLUSIVE: Easdale brothers to plough £20m into Rangers JAMES and Sandy Easdale are poised to plough around £20million into cash-strapped Rangers. (January 17th 2014) *Must have been a typo and they meant 2015* So Mike Ashley can do one with his pitiful £10m, I'm sure James and Sandy will pull through yet. Juancornetto 1
Between the £50m from BPH and Laxey, the £20m from the Easedales and now Ashley's £10m we'll be in a position to compete with Hamilton Accies in no time.
Ser Barristan Selmy 222
Ally McCoist will be given a £10 million January transfer budget, courtesy of controversial Mike Ashley. Ashley has all but confirmed he will front the funds, with an Ibrox source telling us the board have been told to "use the funds effectively to push the team through to a cup final and back to the Premier League." The source said the decision was highly influenced by Ashley's close friend & Ibrox adviser Derek Llambias, who believes committing these funds to the club will not only strengthen the team, but strengthen Ashley's position with Rangers supporters. They could have at least made this nonsense a bit more tasty and talked about a £20 or £30m 'warchest'. The amount of times we have heard this story in the last 10 years.
der Berliner 3,743
Figures and numbers ... King's 16m stand rank'n file there as well. At the end of the day, talk is cheap, we'll see "soon" enough who puts any money on the table (and under which condition).

Ashley has no interest whatsoever in putting any money into the club.
