Rangersitis 0
Naughty if it is though. "I'll bail you lot out by handing some of the cash from sold Rangers jerseys over." Nobody said it was fair. The current situation took years of planning and implementation.

Rangersitis 0
And yet the final nail's still to be hammered in. Probably more than one still to go. This thing has a bit to run yet, I believe. It's sickening.
buster. 5,216
Was this loan not a loan and in fact the £2.7m Rangers Retail owes Rangers? SB or anyone, is that 2.7M a current number ?
Stimpy 0
SB or anyone, is that 2.7M a current number ? From memory that's what we are (were) owed from merchandise sales. Need to see the updated accounts for proof

forlanssister 3,114
Forlanssister is the man to ask. The figure quoted was around that mark. At 31 December 2013 it was..... Included within cash balances is £1,669,000 relating to Rangers Retail Limited, which is not immediately available as working capital to the Group as a whole. It was £946,000 at 30 June 2013, so pretty safe to say it's well over £2m now. In all probability he is in fact loaning us our own money, will probably get 100% of Rangers Retail Ltd as part of the deal too no doubt. We've been well and truly f*&ked up the arse sans lube again.

Eventually found it half way down. http://rangers.g3dhosting.com/regulatory_news_article/375 Forlan, I suppose we can't rule out the possibility that this money, in part or wholly has been made available to RIFC at some point in 2014 ?? The two directors on the Rangers Retail board representing RIFC just happen to be Wallace and Nash. Would it be allowed to have future Ashely directors from the RIFC board take the places of GW & PN on Rangers Retail? It says in the SH01 that to pay dividends you need a unanomous vote from directors to pay A and B shares.

Can't see there being another "Rangers" director there as Ashley will activate the buyout clause.
