chilledbear 16
For clarification the offer has been made by Brian Kennedy. Unlike King's package it doesn't need shareholder support. Board approval enough Board were meeting this afternoon to discuss both options. As yet no word of decision being made. I understand Brian Kennedy has travelled to Glasgow this afternoon. RFC board meeting still on going....

Little General 80
what was the offer mate....any idea ? seems like short term funding to beat Ashley's offer. King offers long term funding Ashley offers short term offer of funding Kennedy offers better short term funding It seems King knew about Kennedy's offer in his latest statement

chilledbear 16
Could be a clever move. Why would they not put both in together, rather than seperate?

forlanssister 3,114
Why would they not put both in together, rather than seperate? Kennedy's offer only requires Board approval not shareholder and is only to keep us ticking over till AGM. It's a holding move.
