Within 21 days from the date of receipt of the requisition the directors need to either: A) Sort out a solution which prevents the EGM from going ahead. or..... It most certainly does not suit everyone. King could have come aboard at a far earlier stage than this if principles are of no consequence, so if he now decides to jump into bed with Ashley, he can get to fuck as well.
