RANGERRAB 3,667
so the sfa punished us for being victims of a crime. an illegal act in it's self i believe. Don't you think it was the SPL chairmen who voted us out the SPL who should now be asked questions? They should be asked why they arrived at that decision. Rangers were the victim of a crime. We all know the real reason though don't we? They thought we had debts of £135m largely based on the BTC whose verdict was unknown at that time.
Doc 280
So the club was defrauded. Why are there no criminal charges against Whyte instead of just a directorship ban? The man should be in jail. If any of us stole a fraction of what he did we'd be banged up sharpish.

Zappa 0
Banned.!!!!!............when is he getting the jail Possibly never. Swiss Tony apparently has at least one foreign hideout in a place with no extradition treaty to the UK. He'll probably still be sipping Margaritas and laughing his ass off when there's an arrest warrant out for him.
TheWee BlueDevil 0
The day the title reads - Craig Whyte jailed for 15 Years! just can't come soon enough. Where is the poisonous rat skulking these days?
der Berliner 3,744
You would hope that these law and tax people finally get their act together and speak of the "company owning Rangers" rather than Rangers "the club".

Scottish football - you couldn't make it up. Oh I nearly forgot - they renamed it SPFL and stole the premiership, championship, league1 & league2 names from down south

The man should be in jail. If any of us stole a fraction of what he did we'd be banged up sharpish. The hearing today was about CW and the banning order. The wider issues involving more than just CW are still to come.

The SFL clubs sold the SFL history and their own club's souls to the SPL for the moonbeams & promises of a few quid extra in broadcasting and sponsorship payments.
