fitbaliketheolddays 0
I would have thought if it was subscribed it would have been leaked by now. Leaks would be sorely frowned upon by the Exchange - do you want us in more trouble????? Watch some old movies about the stock exchange to see what happens to insider trading - start with "Wall Street" starring Michael Douglas Thanks for wanting us delisted by your impatience

Zappa 0
Not clear whether or not this includes their entitlement but I think they would have had to subscribe for their maximum entitlement in hard cash before they could take up any extra shares that were not subscribed for. At the end of the day, they won't be taking up anything at all if the minimum subscription hasn't been met and if it hasn't, then the leak of the story about them investing £500k in the open offer was probably just another in a long line of their PR stunts.

Would those be conducted by the Spin-doctor who Sandy doesn't seem to know he has ?

All of that is obviously true; but it would seem a very odd story to me if it has been out out that they are investing if the person putting out the story didn't know if that is possible. On the other hand, if the minumum has not been met then it is easy publicity for them - we were going to invest but couldn't because not enough others did.

That's exactly my point and I think it's a reasonable train of thought considering their desperation to appear like 'good guys' (see Sandy's recent interview in the Record for recent evidence).
