RANGERRAB 3,674
I reckon Rangers' absence in the top division is costing Celt@c a damn site more than the £10m Liewell claims. I guesstimate it's nearer £15m when you take their lower attendances and no OF games into account. That figures over three seasons will have more than wiped out their CL money.Just wait and see if Liewell tries to explain that to ra hooped hordes.....

der Berliner 3,744
A report a few seasons back said that when they had no European football, yet 7 OF games that season, they made a post-tax profit of 187k.
Guest AuldBear
Remeber they do make a good profit on their players that they sell to mid table English clubs

Hearing today Van Dijk is latest to leave but no big bucks there, a loan move to Sunderland only apparently. He is their last big money player valued around £4m. The rest are bog standard SPL players. No more big hitters though the mhedia will report otherwise.

Clubs don’t pick up the papers in the morning to get the valuation for a player prior to firing in a bid. Deila is reported to have told the BBC that Van Dijk will not be going anywhere this window.

It's not really. It's an indication of what Celtic are looking for for their players. The rhags reported Celtic valued Forster at £10m+, no one made offers for 2 or 3 million, they sold him for £10m. The rhags reported McGeady was worth £10m, no one offered 2 or 3 million for him, they sold him for £10m. The rhags reported Kki was worth £10m, then £8m, then £7m, no one offered £500k for him, they sold him for over £5m. Deila can say what he wants, he is nothing more than a yes man for Liewell. If Liewell says Van Dick is away, he's away no matter what Deila tells the BBC.

I read a post of yours the other day saying you would know how to turn the club around if you had the money to buy it. I hope to fuck that you get yourself a man in to deal with transfers! I was merely passing on what was said. If he is indeed Lawwell's puppet, he needs more training.
