I've been one prepared to give this board a fair chance but this is the last act of deperation in trying to raise such a small amount required to run the business over such a short period of time. After this money runs out what next?

They have to go as it is now clear they will not have the funds available to them the club will need to go forward over the next few years. A buyer needs to be found ASAP.

 

I'm a bit puzzled by this. Did you not believe that this was going to happen?

According to Richard Wilson, the Nomad contacted King about share offer, King asked to look at financials. The Nomad refused.

 

Would this be normal practice - contacting someone specifically and then refusing a perfectly reasonable request?

No surprise they refused. The financials will be utterly dismal, possibly even worse than we're thinking. The fact that they need to raise at least £3.6m just to pay off two small loans and keep the lights on till Xmas says it all.
