der Berliner 3,761
If anything, the game will be postponed. As for the rest, it is the very same scenario as last year. All about setting a precedent. If we allow the game to go ahead with x players out on international duty, what do you think will happen in months to come? When we might very well have other "top" players out injured or suspended - which is no reason for postponement unless you cannot field a team. The authorities would take the e.g. East Fife game as a precedent and say: You could do it back than, you can do it now! And we sure have enough players at the club to field a team, albeit youth players et al. Against - most likely - better opposition in the later stages of cups et al. Nothing to do with East Fife at all. You all know where we are, who makes the rules and how this will end up. If not, just remember 2008.

We will be entitled to apply to postpone any fixture where three or more players are missing through international duty, regardless of what has happened previously. You have a good imagination.

Rangersitis 0
I witnessed what happened in 2008 though. What happened in 2008 that is related to the postponement of a domestic match due to players being on international duty?
