Then as last time there will be at least 6-8 different tapas, x3 per person so if anyone has any particular tapas favourites on the menu http://malagatapas.co.uk/menu/ please post here and Cristobal will do his best to oblige. Most likely we will have 2 or 3 selections from each of the Carnes (Meats), Pescados (Fish), Verduras (Vegetables), & Aves (Poultry - Chicken) tapas. We will definitely be having the three different paellas featured on the menu: Paella de Mariscos - This is a typical seafood Paella with prawns, mussels squid and white fish Paella Valenciana - A Valencian style Paella with a mix of chicken and seafood Paella de Montaña - Delicious Paella with a combination of chicken and dry-cured chorizo and if there are any vegetarians or anyone specifically wants: Paella de Verduras - Vegetarian Paella with a fresh selection of vegetables I will arrange that as well. If you have room you can choose from any of the desserts on the board which will definitely include Malaaga Tapas famed, fired at the table crema catalan (creme brulee) - to die for. Would it not be better to limit it to 2 and have a different selection of other stuff? I think you may have misunderstood. The basis is 3 tapas per person but there will be 6-8 different tapas. So there will be approx 10-11 servings of 6-8 different tapas. One paella serves about 4-6 people, so we will probably start with 3-4 and see how it goes. We are having a selection from just about everything on the menu. It worked well last time and I don't think you'll be disappointed. If you are you can remove me from office without due process.
