Anchorman 0
I don't get this at all.He has three seasons left on his contract and is almost certainly the next captain of Rangers. Money didn't seem to be a major issue when he signed in 2012; he could have gone elsewhere for more. He refused to go to Nottingham apparently in February, so why would he want to go to Brighton now? They will likely be strugglers in the Championship. I know we are no great shakes but we SHOULD be on the up; can't see Brighton contesting the promotion places or even play-offs. This and the fact that his involvement with youth football at home was a major reason for "never wanting to leave" last time. Being forced?

Anchorman 0
Anyway, as I was saying, has he agreed to the move or is it being engineered by the board?
Super Cooper 0
Hearing rumours, and i stress rumours, Waldo himself ain't too happy at the club. Building site talk from Edinburgh only. Easy to say that i guess but who can blame him. He certainly plays like he is pissed off.
BrahimHemdani 1
This and the fact that his involvement with youth football at home was a major reason for "never wanting to leave" last time. Being forced? Well this is a first Mr Anchorman, agreeing with BH, whatever next. How would he be "forced"? The only thing I can think of is by getting a big fat pay off but then that would eat into any fee we get. But Brighton? Just doesn't make sense to me. He seemed particularly keen not to have to move his family/kids schools etc last time; is temporary discontent (as cited by SC) enough to change that?

Frankie 8,754
We need money so all assets are up for grabs. I'd imagine Mohsni, Peralta, Shiels and Daly will be the first names on the availability list but, given their wages, interest will be minimal whereas an international class full back like Wallace will have clubs looking at him. And at less than a million he'd represent good value I'm sure. Ach well, should keep the lights on for another few weeks.

Easy to say that i guess but who can blame him. He certainly plays like he is pissed off. I don't think he has looked happy recently. He's also not applying himself in the way that he was 12 months ago. Watch him - he walks more that he runs in games. I just don't think he will be a particulalry big loss. Gone are the days when I worry about losing any of our players because of their quality. We have no players of genuine quality and none coming through. Maybe if McLeod was to leave I'd be a bit upset, but other than that we have no special players who are worth making a fuss about.
Frankie 8,754
I agree that Wallace has looked less than happy recently. Difficult to know if he's unhappy generally or is working his ticket but I'd suggest the former. It's up to the manager to address that but I'd say it's the manager's actions that are frustrating Wallace. A consistent left-sided centre half and left-midfield selection may help - Zaliukas and AN Other would get the best out of Wallace. Zaliukas seems to be a first pick (and is doing OK) - it's the midfield position in front of Wallace that needs to be firmed up.

The kids would be the only ones I would keep, from MacLeod down. The rest, each and every one are not good enough long term and that includes Wallace.
