ian1964 10,761
West Brom chase Commons for £7m WEST Brom have been linked with a £7 million move for Celtic star Kris Commons. The former Derby midfielder had an outstanding season last year, scoring 32 goals and picking up a raft of awards. But West Bromwich Albion boss Alan Irvine could test Celtic’s resolve with a hefty bid as he looks to supplement his Hawthorns squad. Commons was also voted one of the top 25 players in Europe in a recent poll. Juancornetto 1
It must be The Scotsman's turn to plant an inflated transfer price for a Celtic player this year. No quotes and only speculation as to what Alan Irvine is thinking. To top it off they've included the surreal Mirror story about Commons being in the top 25 players in Europe. Nobody with any knowledge of football whatsoever (apart from Tims) would put Commons into the top 200.
