SteveC 150
It may turn out to be an attempted payback for Operation Tango or disappointingly a damp squib but the possibilities behind the statement here are tantalising, to put it mildly: http://www.vanguardbears.co.uk

Anchorman 0
"VB will provide evidence that the punishment was handed down unfairly or perhaps even illegally". For me the answer is already in the wording. Perhaps illegally? If it wasn't illegal then it is no story. Just another 'that's wasn't fair', but lets see what they come up with. I may be pleasantly surprised.
aweebluesoandso 290
We know the SFA 's tribunal made an illegal punishment, by breaking their own rules banning us from singing players. The SFA knew the tribunal's QC Gary Allen got it wrong but backed him anyway, maybe the communication between the SFA and the QC on how to deal with their illegal punishment when Rangers went to the Court Of Session? Hope the SFA and the old SPL clubs who put the illegal boot in, are brought to book over this.
der Berliner 3,743
Thing is, what w-/could be the consequences if they are exposed? Loss of face aside? Who will/could sue them for what? Would e.g. UEFA be required to act and look at one of their club members being treated/punished unjustly? Don#t get me wrong, this evil should be investigated and utterly rooted out, but you do wonder who will take up our fight and what the results might be.

BDO perhaps, starting with a claim on the withheld prize money due to the creditors of oldco?
der Berliner 3,743
On a related issue, unless I am mistaken, HMRC must appeal the last verdict by the end of today, right?
Frankie 8,562
On a related issue, unless I am mistaken, HMRC must appeal the last verdict by the end of today, right? Isn't it by close of business on Friday?
