Why would Laxey know about the "true identity" (whoo-hoo) of another shareholder group or those behind another Holding? Even if they could ask, why bother if it is of no interest to them? They "own" no less than BPH or Margarita, BTW. If you have a significant shareholding in a company you are going to know it inside out. Somers claimed to have never heard of Whyte, Green or Ahmad prior to joining the board. Lies. Even if giving him the benefit of the doubt, what would he be doing taking a position without garnering a brief bit of info on the firm? Green claimed to have only met Craig Whyte on one occasion.
