Once again the #Celtic PLC skinflints have sold a wonderful support short with their pathetic penny-pinching policies. They are a disgrace!

Deila got it wrong on the night with his team and tactics. But it was obvious squad needed bolstered. Fear manager may be a Lawwell yes man

#Celtic lucky to escape with 4-1 as an inept side fell apart. I warned last month money must be spent on strengthening. I blame Lawwell

Hope Lawwell and co now realise their transfer stupidity and downsizing of #Celtic has chucked away the £20million Champions League kitty

Looks like McNally was seething and foaming at the mouth. It's time the Mirror gave him a P45 and a ticket to a Donegal bunker where he can have dinner parties with mad Phil twenty names.

If Warsaw don't protect that lead they don't deserve to go through.

Had it been at Parkhead I think they may have had a chance of a 3-0 as the away goal is massive. 5-1 or 6-1 would have done it. Cant believe they missed 2 pens.

But you know they will come out with the excuse of playing at Murrayfield for not going through.

On a larger scale of things if they don't make the CL then the financial gap between them and us doesn't open so much, they will lose out in 10-12 million. Its not good for the Scottish co-effective points but may help us get closer. However they have an asset in Forster which would cover 1 year.

Van Dijk and Forster set to go after Celtic's Champions League low against Legia Warsaw

THE vultures are circling around Celtic as they sense a Champions League exit for the Hoops - and the sale of some of their star men.

Cash-rich Southampton are leading the charge for Fraser Forster and Virgil van Dijk, with the keeper expected to fetch around £8million.

The south coast side have serious competition for van Dijk, with Sunderland and Swansea also hovering in the wings -which could spark a bidding war for the Dutchman.

The pressure has been turned up on the Hoops as a result of suffering a double whammy in Poland last night when they lost 4-1 to Legia Warsaw - and Efe Ambrose to a red card.

The result leaves the Hoops' Champions League aspirations in tatters ahead of the return game in Edinburgh next week - for which the Nigerian defender will be suspended.

Manager Ronny Deila had admitted he needs to get through to the Group Stage to be in a position to bring the quality additions he wants to make to his team.

But Champions League qualification now seems a forlorn hope after the drubbing in Warsaw.

And without the £20million cheque it brings, the manager will find it tough just to hang on to the stars he already has.
