MoodyBlue 0
Did he ever pay back the £200k bonus ???! Did he not leave the club by mutual consent ???! so why is he entitled to this ?! Surely if you leave a company by 'mutual consent' with no 'benefit or bonus' you lose any rights you had under your contract of employment ? The whole thing stinks. Sick of it !!!!

His contract contained no addendums, no memorandums and no letters of change in regards to the repayment of his bonus yet James Easdales does in regards to the repayment of monies he received from RIFC, so it's pretty safe to assume that Stockbridge did not repay so much as a single penny of his bonus. Be interesting to know what the strike price of that option trade was IIRC he stated at the AGM that the strike price was 70p, it's also safe to assume he didn't pay 70p.
forlanssister 3,114
In fact upon reflection I doubt he paid so much as a penny to exercise his option.
forlanssister 3,114
Thing to bear in mind is that Stockbridge had options to the value of £500k whilst Green still sits on options to the value of £720k.

LONDON (Alliance News) - Nova Resources Ltd Monday said its shares have been temporarily suspended from trading on AIM with immediate effect, due to a delay in the publication of its 2013 audited results. In a short statement Monday afternoon, Nova Resources said it expects to publish its accounts on or before July 3. http://www.lse.co.uk/AllNews.asp?code=m5wzhi25&headline=Nova_Resources_Shares_Suspended_As_Results_Are_Delayed Nova resources has close links to Chuck (previously a director), and to Chris Morgan (current director) & who's name pops up from time to time in connection with BPH & Margarita holdings.
