Rangersitis 0
That's a dotty post, bud. Aye, but not a spelling mistake in sight.
BrahimHemdani 1
And you know this how? Just your opinion? Wishful thinking? I'm sorry I don't get your point. Wishful thinking about what? My question was to GS about his various pronouncements on number of ST's that would be sold and he has answered that.
BrahimHemdani 1
Of course it is spin. How else do you make 36k ST holders dwindling to sub 20k sound positive? When you have downsized so far that you only have half a dozen people working in the whole ticketing department just now, it would be no surprise if there was a queue at some point. 2 on windows, 2 processing and 2 on phones means 3 punters is a queue. Our club has been shattered, from top to bottom, on the pitch and off the pitch. The sad reality is that the infrastructure of a once proud institution has been demolished, big style. There are 11 people working in the ticket department including the manager and 2 on the phones. Those are facts. However it is also a fact that there were 30 when we were last in the CL. BrahimHemdani 1
25k would be an utter abomination, 30k would be disastrous. No it won't if the other 5,000 - 10,000 go along on a game to game basis; in fact it will increase the overall revenue as (unlike previous seasons) Rangers will be charging approx 10% more for match day tickets next season than the pro rata ST price.

The game to game crowds will vary greatly. Holidays, midweek games, poor winter weather, Christmas/NY, crap opposition ....they will all have a detrimental effect on numbers.

It will be a huge vote of no confidence either way. Plus people won't go week to week. Even with season books last year the stadium was half full.
