Waltersgotstyle 307
Yes he scored for Mexico, which is making me think we might get a few mill for him. That must explain why he's not playing for Honduras anymore. You have been told exactly why he is not playing above... There are much worse players in our squad than Peralta. People seem to forget the guys life has been turned upside down with a move to a country which is polar opposite to where he was brought up. He has all the attributes of a young Gattuso. We should give the lad a run at DM next season - only then can we judge him.
Chibmark 19
Has the OP ever said anything complimentary about Rangers? Genuine question.
Waltersgotstyle 307
Has the OP ever said anything complimentary about Rangers? Genuine question. I have to be fair to the OP, in the Nerlinger thread he does talk about favourite past players and memories. He just loves a good moan.
Zappa 0
It was really unfortunate that he got injured as we'd have seen him performing at a higher level and in his "proper" position. I was looking forward to seeing him play in this World Cup, although I'm not so sure how much it would've told us about him no matter which position he played because Honduras really aren't a very good team. They put up a good fight against Ecuador last night, but lost to the better team. Honduras are basically the worst team in their group and apart from France it's not a great group either. France probably have one of the easiest groups to qualify from.
Ser Barristan Selmy 222
Has the OP ever said anything complimentary about Rangers? Genuine question. What is there to be positive about? As WGS has stated, I am positive when talking about subject matter meriting such an outlook.
JTP 0
Only time I've been impressed with Peralta was against scumdee utd at Ibrox. But anyone missing the point here? He's a holding midfielder .................. so naturally gets played wide right. I'll judge him in his right position although I have a feeling he will be shunted (sorry that's the Rangers word for paid off these days) before he even gets a chance in his natural position. I'd also hazard a guess that we will see Jig play the holding role before Peralta if the new CH gets a run beside Mohsni. Actually dreadful to think that might be true.

Surely not Jig in midfield though !

MoodyBlue 0
Agree with all of that. Surely not Jig in midfield though ! Jig should not command a first team starting place next season. Should be on the bench at most IMO.
