the gunslinger 3,366
One can only hope they have something planned once we return to the top division and are aiming for a CL place. That will require investment but from whom ? Or where? So far they have rejected 50 million and raised zilch. It's not a good start.
der Berliner 3,997
So far they have rejected 50 million and raised zilch. It's not a good start. They have sounded out the institutional investors (and we have no clue how those talks went) and said that they'd probably only do it IF the ST sales will be critically low in the review. So far they seem to edge towards 20k+ and will wait till the end of July before doing anything. The squad is almost ready* for the new campaign (I reckon two more signings at most), so no hurry on that side either. *From their point of view.

If we could barely buy a win in the CL when most of our players were earning £20-30 k I think the CL is something best forgotten about entirely.

Rangersitis 0
we earned over 20 million from it 3 years out of 4.best not forget about it. The money that was spent on getting to that level was unsustainable. The amount that would be needed to be on a par these days would dramatically exceed that figure. Some folk will never learn.

So we can.
Rangersitis 0
Celtc manage it no problem. So we can. If that is indeed true, why are you forever banging on about Dave King investing £30m-£50m? What part of sustainable spending does that fit in to?

What part of sustainable spending does that fit in to? You need to get to that level. Celtc had 3 or 4 share issues to get there.
the gunslinger 3,366
When white bought us we were 3 in a row champs with a great team in Europe after Christmas. 14 million in debt and turning a huge profit. What's unsustainable about that.
