the gunslinger 3,366
Funnily enough, the grammar in Easdale's lines beats some of the remarks on it hands down ... Standing up for easdales grammar, a new low.
Zappa 0
It was a curious co-incidence that one of Jack's go-to men at the BBC, Alasdair Lamont just happened to be at the Ibrox doorstep with a camera in tow that morning....and that you just happened to break habits and do a 'spontaneous' and Fragile TV interview. Sandy's comment "only Rangers Press Office have the authority to comment on behalf of the football club" is comedy gold.

der Berliner 3,803
Standing up for easdales grammar, a new low. It is rather a new low if people start making fun of his grammar (what next?) when a) it is next to perfect and b) their own is actually making hash of that claim.

If you put out an official statement with like that. You will be ridiculed.
The Real PapaBear 0
It is rather a new low if people start making fun of his grammar (what next?) when a) it is next to perfect and b) their own is actually making hash of that claim. It's really not "next to perfect", bud. The syntax is sloppy, the punctuation haphazard and the use of hyphens, well, idiosyncratic, to say the least. Whether a fan on a forum mocks the statement whilst making grammatical, spelling or syntactical errors themeselves doesn't lessen the validity of the attack since the fan is not representing the club. Easedale, god help us, is - and we have a right to expect that anyone speaking on behalf of the club is able to do so properly.

Ser Barristan Selmy 222
Read it properly then...... Renewed in Aug 2013 and terminated in March 2014. What is difficult to understand ?? "Indeed Mr Irvine and I severed our business relationship on August 2013, when Mr Irvine renewed his contract with Rangers Football Club"
