Gribz 966
We've bought a fair amount of players from SPL clubs over the years, some good and some dumplings. I think this has been a small part of our downfall. Lets start a wee list of players who and state if they were a success or a dumpling. I'll go back as far as: Andy Goram - Absolute success Davie Robertson - success Neil McCann - success Gary Bollan - Dumpling Alex Cleland - 50/50 as he put in a few good shifts in the SPL Caniggia - Wasnt there long enough but made an impact Novo - 1 good season with 25 goals Over to the next person

Novo never came from an SPL team. Did Goram? I thought he came from down south. Canniggia- Dundee? Not sure of the Question you are asking, Gribz
Gazza_8 233
Goram was bought from Hibs. I think the majority of SPL buys have been a success. Every team signs a dumpling now and again and Gary Bollan was ours. Mind you Stephen Wright wasn't exactly a success but that was down to injuries rather than being shite like Bollan. If a good man manager signs a mediocre player he'll get into his head and make him feel like he's better than he is therefore getting the best out of him. MON did it many a time over at the pigsty.

R.B. 0
Kenny Miller - Not the success we expected him to be.
Gribz 966
Pete, just players we have signed from other scottish clubs Stephen Wright was a bit unlucky with injuries. Duncan Ferguson didnt live up to his 4 million price tag Andrews - Didnt exactly shine but we could be done with him now as he gave 200%
PoohBear 1,152
Adamchuk (however you spell it) -awful, never understood what people saw in him when he was at Dundee anyhow.
calscot 0
Rae - injured most of the time, not a success yet. Murray - good utility player but injured too much too. Boyd - gets a slagging but does put the ball in the net alsmost every time he plays. Kishinisvilli - never quite did it for us but reportedly doing well for Blackburn. Goram came from Hibs - absolute success Ian Ferguson - from St Mirren - reasonable success Billy Dodds - not bad but under achieved. Stevie Thomson - no.
